300 gram Chicken breast (thinly sliced) 1 whole Red pepper (sliced) 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce 2 tablespoon Soya sauce 2 tablespoon Sesame oil 1 c Garlic (grated) 1 whole Green pepper ( sliced)
Preparation Method
1. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet. Saute the red and green bell pepper for 2 minutes. 2. Add the Chicken breast and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the oyster sauce, soya, garlic and ginger. 3. Heat through. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with white rice.
